The exact scope, timeline, cost, deliverables, and responsibilities for each project will be defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

4. Quotes, Proposals, and Project Scope

Any quote or proposal provided by AppliconSoft is based on the information available at the time of estimation. If project requirements change, additional work may require revised pricing, updated timelines, or a separate agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, proposals may include assumptions, dependencies, client responsibilities, third-party costs, and project limitations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required content, approvals, access credentials, project materials, and any other input necessary for project completion.
Delays in client communication, approvals, content delivery, payment, or access may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, privacy practices, and security policies of the relevant payment provider.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Therefore, refund eligibility depends on project status, completed work, approved milestones, and the terms agreed with the client.
Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client will own the final approved project deliverables after full payment has been received.
AppliconSoft may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, internal libraries, templates, methodologies, processes, and know-how used to deliver services.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, fonts, images, hosting services, licenses, subscriptions, and integrations may be subject to separate third-party license terms.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless a client requests confidentiality in writing, AppliconSoft may display completed work, project summaries, screenshots, case studies, logos, or general descriptions in its portfolio, website, proposals, or marketing materials.
Confidential business data, private credentials, sensitive project details, and proprietary client information will not be disclosed without permission.

11. Confidentiality

Both AppliconSoft and the client agree to treat confidential information with reasonable care. Confidential information may include business plans, technical information, project documentation, user data, credentials, designs, code, strategies, and non-public communications.
Confidential information must not be shared with unauthorized third parties unless required for project delivery, legal compliance, or with prior approval.

12. Revisions and Change Requests

Projects may include a defined number of revisions or feedback rounds, depending on the proposal or agreement.
Requests outside the approved scope, major design changes, new features, additional integrations, platform changes, or changes after approval may be treated as additional work and may require extra cost and timeline adjustments.

13. Timelines and Delivery

AppliconSoft works to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, timelines may depend on project complexity, client feedback, third-party services, technical dependencies, content delivery, testing requirements, and approval cycles.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may change if project requirements, dependencies, or client inputs change.
